  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

4. Shipping Costs:
